I am a Marriage and Family Therapist in Wisconsin I have offices in both New Richmond, WI (45 minutes from St. Paul) and Menomonie, WI (60 minutes from St. Paul). I am currently offering a Gender Exploration / Transgender Teen group, and will offer other groups in the future. I generally utilize a narrative, feminist, and creative perspective, believing that the lenses and stories we carry shape how we experience ourselves, our lives, and our relationships. I am comfortable with gay, lesbian, bisexual, asexual, pansexual, polyamorous, non-monogamous, monogamous, and kinky/non-kinky clients, and welcome other less-represented groups to my practice as well. I have some additional training in sexuality, sexual orientation, gender expression, gender transition, gender exploration, trauma, attachment, bodywork, and therapy for couples, families, and individuals. I welcome clients of all ages, and family groupings of all kinds to my practice. I completed training in Sex Therapy, and am completing licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I currently am offering a weekly group for adolescents exploring Gender/Transgender Teens, I am also comfortable supporting families experiencing conflict, separation/divorce, and grief. I work with clients with various types of neurodivergence, including families coping with the effects of brain injury. I am here to help you to cope and strategize surrounding your challenges with anxiety, anger, depression, shame, and trauma. I enjoy helping people to improve their communication, self-awareness, and self-confidence, and to increase their intimacy as they heal and recover from past wounds, and create more of the life they prefer, from a place that springs deep within.
