I provide mental health services to children, adolescents, families, couples, and adults who experience depression, anxiety, relational problems, problematic substance use, posttraumatic stress, and other effects of trauma. I have a passion for working with clients who have experienced marginalization related to identity, including but not limited to sexual orientation, gender identity, and ethnic or religious identity. Striving to maintain cultural competency in these areas is important to me. I am trained in the use of EMDR. My approach to therapy is client-centered, systemic, and holistic. My approach is also influenced by post-modern theory.
