The Minnesota LGBTQ Directory is a partnership between Rainbow Health Initiative and the Minnesota Transgender Health Coalition. The goal of this project to create provider directory for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer people seeking health-related resources in Minnesota. We seek to highlight providers who currently serve LGBTQ people, are affirming and sensitive, have knowledge of LGBTQ health disparities, and provide competent care to LGBTQ people. By making these providers’ information easily accessible and searchable, we hope to increase our communities’ access to culturally competent care.

Questions and Feedback
This is an “opt-in” directory; any provider who self-identifies as LGBTQ-friendly may join. Providers do not pay a fee to join. Rainbow Health Initiative does not perform background checks on providers and therefore can make no representation of their licensing, accreditation or other professional qualifications. Updates to the directory are made on a quarterly basis. Provider listings are for personal use only; they are not intended for solicitation, marketing, or canvassing.
